摘要
目的:建立离子色谱法测定水发食品中吊白块残留量的检测方法。方法:以稀碱提取水发食品中的吊白块,过C18小柱除杂后,以KOH水溶液为流动相,进行离子色谱法测定,依据保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果:该法线性范围为0.5~2 mg/L,回收率为98.2%~103.5%,相对标准偏差<5%,最低定量检出限为0.05 mg/kg。结论:该方法具有准确、灵敏、快速、简便等特点,可以用于实际样品的测定工作。
Objective:To establish the method of ion chromatography for the determination of sodium bisulfoxylate formaldehyde residues in water-soaked foodstuffs.Methods:Sodium bisulfoxylate formaldehyde was extracted from water-soaked foodstuffs with thin alkali solution.The disturbance of organic substance was wiped off by little C18 column.Potassium hydroxide solution was used as eluant.Ion chromatography was used to determine sodium bisulfoxylate formaldehyde.Retention time was used to verify quality and external standard method was used to verify quantity.Results:The linear range was 0.5~2 mg/L.Its recovery rate was 98.2%~103.5%.Its relative standard deviation was less then 5%.Its monitoring limit was 0.05 mg/kg.Conclusion:This method is accurate and sensitive to determine sodium bisulfoxylate formaldehyde sesidues in water-soaked foodstuffs.It is a rapid and simple method also.It may be applied to determine the actual samples.
