用低品位铁矿石生产直接还原铁和高纯铁粉的研究 被引量:3

摘要 对低品位铁矿石进行了煤基直接还原以生产直接还原铁和高纯铁粉的研究,提出煤基直接还原-渣铁分离-高纯铁粉新的工艺流程。所得直接还原铁产品的铁品位、金属化率和铁回收率分别在91%、92%和84%以上,而高纯铁产品的含铁量均在97%以上。直接还原铁粉经冷固结成型后即为电炉炼钢的优质原料,而高纯铁粉的利用价值更高。该工艺为合理利用我国大量尚未开发的低品位难选铁矿石提供了有效途径。 It is studied to reduce low-grade iron ore directly in order to produce direct reduced iron and high-purity iron powder. A new technological flowsheet of direct reduction, slag and iron separation and production of high-purity iron powder is prorosed. The iron grade.metallization and recycling rate of direct reduced iron are over 91 percent, 92 precent and 84percent respectively. and the troll grade of high-purity iron powder is over 97 percent. The direct reduced iron is a high-quality material after coldly bonding,and the utilizable value of high-purity iron powder is higher. An effective way for utilizing much low-grade and refractory ore of our country is developed.
