摘要
通过建立大强度耐力训练模型,测试大鼠心肌和肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性,过氧化氢酶(CAT)丙二醛(MDA)含量,探讨姜黄素对运动训练大鼠心肌和肝脏自由基代谢的影响。结果显示,姜黄素组训练大鼠骨骼肌T-SOD、CAT、GSH-PX活性高于安静对照组,而MDA含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:姜黄素可显著提高运动大鼠抗自由基氧化的功能,使大鼠运动能力有了明显提高。
By setting up large intensity endurance training model which tests rats' SOD, GSH-PX activation and content of CAT and MDA in mocardium and liver. The paper discusses effects of curcuminon on rats' myocardium and liver free radical in endurance training. The result shows, the curcumin group's SOD, CAF, GSH-PX activation in skeletal muscle is higher than the contrast group in quiet, and MDA content is less than the contrast group (P〈 0.05 ). Curcumin can improve rats' function of flee radical oxidation resisting and physical performance ability.
