摘要
目的了解军队与地方医院急诊科护士掌握灾害救治知识的现状。方法采用自行设计调查问卷对北京市军队和地方各3所综合性医院的198名急诊科护士进行调查。结果军队医院急诊科护士掌握灾害救治知识程度高于地方医院急诊科护士;在灾害救治经验方面较地方医院护士缺乏;军队和地方医院急诊科护士接受急救技术培训方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论军队和地方医院急诊科护士灾害救治知识培训和掌握知识程度均需加强,尤其应加大对军队医院急诊科护士灾害救治知识的教育力度,重点进行技术培训和战伤知识学习,以提高其应对灾害的救护能力。
Objective To investigate the knowledge of disaster assistance among emergency nurses in army and local hospitals. Method 198 emergency nurses from 3 army general hospitals and 3 local general hospitals were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The master degree of disaster assistance knowledge among army emergency nurses was higher than that of local emergency nurses, while their experience of disaster assistance was rare than that of local nurses. There was no significant difference regarding the training of first aid teehniques（P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the training of disaster assistance for army and local emergency nurses,especially for army emergency nurses focused on first aid techniques and knowledge of battle injuries, so as to improve nurses＇ coping abilities of disasters.
