摘要
介绍了颗粒表面改性法,柠檬酸盐溶液–液相包裹法和高分子网络凝胶–液相包裹法等采用表面改性技术的PTC瓷粉制备方法。重点介绍BaTiO3基PTC瓷粉非均匀形核表面包覆制备的原理、特点、研究现状和应用前景。认为BaTiO3基PTC瓷粉的制备,有向液相表面包覆发展的趋势,非均匀形核表面包覆,是一种较具潜力的高性能PTC瓷粉制备方法。
The preparing status and research progress of BaTiO3-based PTC ceramic powder were reviewed. Preparation methods of BaTiO3-based PTC ceramic powder with surface modifying techniques (particle surface modifying method; citrate solution-liquid phase coating method; polyacrylamide gel-liquid phase coating method and so on) were introduced, especially the principle, characteristic, research status and applied prospect of heterogeneous nucleation surface coating process. It is thought that preparing techniques of PTC cerarmic powder have a development trend of liquid phase surface coating and heterogeneous nucleation surface coating process, are thought as a promising method of the preparation of high performance PTC ceramic powder.
