摘要
幼儿教师学习指的是幼儿教师在职场生涯中,立足于教育教学工作而开展的旨在不断促进自身专业发展,从而使自己成为一位成熟的专业人员的各种认识和实践活动。幼儿教师学习是属于非正式学习,学习价值取向的功利性,学习操控程度的自主性和学习内容性质的问题性是幼儿教师学习的基本特征。幼儿教师学习的价值体现在:是幼儿教师适应时代挑战之本,是幼儿教师促进幼儿发展之基,是幼儿教师体验职业幸福之源。
Kindergarten teachers'learning( KTL) is a kind of cognitive and practical action which aims at trying to raise their professional levels and becoming mature professionals in their careers. KTL, as a kind of informal learning, is characterized by such features as utility, autonomy and being problem - based. The basic values of KTL are as follows : 1 ) adapting the challenge of time ; 2 ) improving children's development and 3 ) arousing the feeling of professional happiness.
