摘要
针对带式输送机胶带横向断带和纵向撕裂,研究设计了带式输送机的综合保护系统。研究和试验表明,该系统能够准确及时地检测出断带及撕裂信号并阻止胶带下滑,有效地减少了因断带或撕裂带来的损失,缩短了维修时间。
The article, according to the breaks of conveying belts, designs a prevention system, and the result shows that the system can signals of breaking and tearing and stop the moving belt immediately, which can reduce losses and the time of maintenance.
