摘要
采用浇注螺旋型试样方法,测量锶及锶硼联合加入对Al-13%Si-0.3%Mg合金流动性的作用;并通过温度校正方法校正浇注温度误差对测量结果的影响。研究发现,随锶的加入,Al-13%Si-0.3%Mg合金流动性稍有下降;含锶的Al-13%Si-0.3%Mg合金随硼含量的增加,合金的流动性明显提高;锶、硼联合加入后合金的流动性比基本合金要好。采用对凝固初期的合金进行液淬方法研究该合金的凝固方式。根据合金液淬后的组织及合金凝固方式分析锶及锶硼联合加入影响Al-13%Si-0.3%Mg合金流动性的原因。
Effects of Strontium and Boron on fluidity of Al-13%Si-0.3%Mg alloy were investigated by simple spiral fluidity test. The results were revised by the method of temperature revise in order to decrease the effect of the difference of pouring temperatures on the results. The results show that the alloy's fluidity somewhat decreases with the addition of Strontium. The fluidity of the alloy with Strontium increases with the increment of B addition. The fluidity of the alloy with Sr and B is better than that of the basic alloy. The solidification mode of the alloy was researched by liquid-quenching technique when the alloy was in the primary period of solidification. The effects of Sr and B on the fluidity of Al-13% Si-0.3% Mg alloy are explained by the microstructure quenched and the solidification mode.
