摘要
为保证柴油产品的质量达标,吉林石化分公司炼油厂于2003年建成投产了柴油加氢精制装置,对催化裂化、延迟焦化柴油进行精制。在2004年6月,该装置经过改造后,开始掺炼焦化汽油。标定结果表明,柴油收率达84.41%、脱硫率73%、十六烷值58,粗汽油收率达到14.44%,优化了产品结构。
To ensure that the product diesel oil quality meet the specification, the Refinery of Jilin Petrochemical Company built and put into operation a diesel oil hydrogenation unit to treat the catalytic cracker gasoline and coker gasoline. In June of 2004, after the retrofit of the unit, it started to blend the coker gasoline. The test run shows that the diesel oil yield reaches 84.41 %, sulfur removal rate is 73 %, cetane number is 58, crude gasoline yield reaches 14.44 %, and the product processing structure is optimized.
