摘要
连续挤压腔体入口参数直接决定着腔体入口处的受力状态和腔体使用寿命。本文采用滑移线法建立了腔体入口区塑性变形力的计算模型,并用 MATLAB 软件编制程序,对变形力进行了计算。实验研究表明,该计算模型的计算结果与实验结果基本吻合。利用该计算模型对腔体入口尺寸及挡料块高度进行了优化设计,为腔体入口结构设计提供了理论依据。
Different entrance parameter of continuous extrusion die chamber leads to different stress status and serve life of chamber. In this paper, the deforming force computing model of plastic zone at chamber' s entrance was built using slip-line method and the deforming force was computed through programming using MATLAB software. Experimental study show that, the data from this model and that from experiment fit well. Simultaneously, the geometrical parameters of chamber's entrance were optimized according to the computing model. The result can be used in chamber design.
