呼出气一氧化氮在支气管哮喘中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 临床用于支气管哮喘诊断与治疗监测主要是根据临床症状、肺功能检测、支气管激发试验等,它们不能直接反应气道炎症:诱导痰分析虽能直接反映气道炎症,但较难在临床得到广泛应用。目前很多研究发现呼出气一氧化氮与气道炎症、气道高反应性具有显著相关性,临床研究发现呼出气一氧化氮对于支气管哮喘诊断与治疗具有重要意义;而且呼出气一氧化氮检测简便、快捷、安全。本文就呼出气一氧化氮在支气管哮喘诊断、治疗监测方面的应用作综述。
