摘要 从系统论和可持续发展的角度论述了我国煤炭资源开采引起的矿区土地资源破坏问题。将矿区土地破坏分为塌陷坑式、塌陷盆地式和山体滑移式3种形式,介绍了其造成矿区土地劣化、贫脊化和干旱化的危害现象。提出的我国下世纪煤炭资源开发和矿区环境保护的4条对策是:利益驱动复垦(PDR)机制、多目标动态规划(MODP)技术、“清洁生产”(CP)技术和MGIS支持技术。 The problem of damage to the land resources in China's mining areas caused by coal mining operation is discussed from the viewpoint of systematology and sustainable development. Land damage is classified into three different types, namely the subsidence pit, subsidence basin and mountain slip, and the results of their damage to the land of mining areas, such as land deterioration, infertilization and drying-up, are described. Four measures are proposed for the coal resources development and environmental protection in mining areas of China in the next century: the mechanism of profit-driven reclamation (PDR), the technique of multi-objective dynamic planning (MODP), the technique of clean production (CP) and the technology of mine geographic information system (MGIS) support.
