摘要
随着油田勘探程度的提高,很多老油田进入加密井开发阶段,加密井的不断增多,使井距越来越小,因此进行定向井设计时,需要考虑到邻井的防碰问题,许多井需要采取绕障设计以达到防碰要求。障碍井的种类主要包括直井、斜井、定向井等,而存在多口障碍井时的绕障轨道设计并不是单障碍井绕障设计的简单叠加,设计时需要考虑到多口障碍井的综合影响,本文介绍的双面绕障井眼轨道设计方法通过轨道可行域、障碍区间、设计可行区间的计算给出井眼设计的维数判断,结合计算机试算法进行水平投影设计,再综合水平投影图和垂直剖面图的设计,给出整体设计方案。本文对多种障碍情况下的三维绕障轨道设计进行了较细致的分析,对油田开发中后期密井网条件下的定向井轨道设计有一定参考意义。
With the development of oil exploration,many maturing oilfields have come into the infill-well stage.Increased wells make the distance between wells smaller and smaller.Therefore,anti-collision problem should be taken into consideration.Many wells require bypass design to avoid collision.There are many kinds of barrier well including vertical well,deviated well and orientional well,etc.The bypass track design for multiple barrier wells is not a simple addition of single well design.The integrated effect of multiple wells should be considered.The paper presents the double-plane design method which can provide an integrated design scheme through dimensionality judgement by calculating of the track feasible,barrier section and design feasible section,horizontal projection design by combining computer trial method and integrated design of horizontal projection plot and vertical cross section plot.It gives detail analysis to the 3D bypass track design under multiple barrier conditions,which will provide reference for the orientation well track design in mid-later-period oilfield development.
