摘要
目的利用计算机导航系统辅助内固定治疗复杂性跟骨骨折。方法利用计算机导航系统治疗复杂性跟骨骨折110例,130侧,术前根据跟骨 X 线片及64层螺旋 CT 扫描结果进行分型,其中 Sander'sⅡ型57例,Ⅲ型45例,Ⅳ型28例。结果所有患者均获6~24个月。平均16.3个月随访。术后 X 线片显示跟骨高度、宽度、长度及 Bilhor's 角,Gissane’s角均恢复,无一例切口感染。按 Maryland 足部评分系统评价术后功能。本组130侧中,优(90~100分)63侧(48.46%),良(75~89分)57侧(43.85%),可(50~74)10侧(7.69%),优良率92.31%。结论计算机导航治疗复杂性跟骨骨折可获得满意的临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the effects of computer navigation in the treatment of intraarticular calcaneal fractures. Methods 130 feet in 110 patients with intra-articular calcaneal fractures, 57 calcanei with fracture of Sander's type Ⅱ , 45 of type Ⅲ, and 28 cases of type Ⅳ, were treated with internal fixation under computer navigation, and were followed up for 16. 3 months (6 -24 months). Results According to the Maryland Foot Score system, excellent result was noted in 63 feet, good result in 57 feet, and fair result in 10 feet, with the excellent and good rates being 92.31% together. Conclusion Using computer navigation to treat intra-articular calcaneal fractures is one of the best ways for treatment of calcaneal fractures.
