摘要
随着太钢450 m^2烧结机投产,配矿结构中进口矿粉比例大增,烧结矿低温还原粉化率升高。为了保高炉精料,进行了烧结矿喷洒CaCl2溶液的试验研究并加以实施,烧结矿低温还原粉化率平均降低4%-6%,取得了比较明显的效果。
With the commissioning of 450 m^2 sinter strand of Taiyuan Steel, the proportion of imported ore fines in blends increased and RDI of sinter increased obviously. This paper briefly introduces the experiment to decrease RDIby spraying CaCl2 solution on sinter surface. Thanks to this measure, sinter RDI decreased by 4 % - 6 %, which brought about good effect on blast furnace operations.
