不同凹坑深度在乏油润滑状态下的减阻实验 被引量:11

摘要 采用磨削加工和腐蚀加工方法加工了4种表面凹坑形貌,然后在平面-平面接触,乏油润滑状态下进行了4种形貌的润滑实验。实验结果表明,材料表面的凹坑有一定的减阻效果,且某一深度的凹坑减阻效果最好,达到极值,大于或小于这一深度,减阻效果次之。从而得到结论,在平面-平面接触,乏油状态下,该种表面凹坑有一定减阻作用,且在某一深度的凹坑减阻效果最好。 Four kinds of surface of milled and eroded were made respectively. The experiment was done under the condition of plane-plane contact and oil-lack. The result shows that the surface with concave has less friction compared with the surface without concave. And when the concave has some special depth, the friction-reduce effect is best. So it indicates that the surface with this kind of concave can reduce friction under the condition of plane-plane contact, and if the concave on the surface has some special depth the friction-reduce effect is best.
