摘要
利用化学共沉淀法制备了平均粒径为59nm、采用硅烷偶联剂表面修饰的纳米Fe3O4粒子,并对其作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能进行了研究。试验结果表明,添加硅烷偶联剂修饰的纳米Fe3O4粒子的润滑油表现出较好的抗磨减摩效果,能有效提高润滑油的抗磨减摩性能以及承载能力,当纳米Fe3O4的质量分数在1‰-3‰时产生的抗磨减摩效果较好。与空白20^#润滑油相比,添加质量分数3‰纳米Fe3O4粒子的润滑油的摩擦因数平均降低了8%,磨损量不仅没有增加,反而出现了负磨损现象,且添加纳米Fe3O4粒子的润滑油摩擦磨损后的磨痕较浅。
Fe3O4 nanoparticles of average diameter 59 nm whose surface was modified with silane coupling agents were prepared by chemical coprecipitation method, and the tribological properties of the prepared nanoparticles as additive in 20^* machine lubricating oils were investigated. Results indicate the oils added silane coupling agent-modified Fe3O4 nanoparticles exhibit good tribological properties. And it obviously improves the performance of antifriction and the capability of load bearing. The tribological properties are better when the mass fraction of Fe3O4 nanoparticles is between 1‰ and 3‰ in the oils. Compared with the pure oils,friction coefficient averagely decreases 8% when the mass fraction of Fe3O4 is 3‰, meanwhile the wearing capacity exhibits "negative abrasion" and the grinding crack is shallow.
