摘要
[目的]通过实验研究证实胃疡平颗粒治疗消化性溃疡的作用。[方法]观察胃疡平颗粒对利血平所致小鼠胃溃疡的影响,对大鼠胃液分泌的影响以及对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的作用。[结果]胃疡平颗粒口服给药后,可以明显降低小鼠的胃溃疡指数(P<0.05),减少大鼠胃液分泌量和总酸排出量(P<0.05),并能抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀。[结论]胃疡平颗粒具有一定的胃黏膜保护、抗溃疡和消炎作用。
[Objective]To explore the effect of Weiyangping granules on gastric ulcer in mice. [Methods]The effect of Weiyangping granules on gastric ulcer caused by reserpine in mice was observed. The secretion of gastric juice and the auricle swelling caused by dimethylbenzene were determined. [Results] Weiyangping granules had remarkable effect on decreasing the index of gastric ulcer in mice（P〈0.05）, reducing the secretion of gastric juice and total acid output of rats （P〈0. 05）, and inhibiting auricle swelling caused by dimethylbenzene in mice. [Conclusion ] Weiyangping granules has remarkable protective effect of gastric mucosa, anti-ulcer and anti-inflammation effect.
