摘要
运用数据挖掘技术,通过径向基函数网络,建立了基于RBF网络的技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)预警模型,模型由输入层、输出层和隐藏层组成,经过输入大量样本进行网络学习,在隐含层生成各指标的权数,输入量对应警兆指标,隐藏层节点对应警情指标,输出层即为警度。并以我国纺织业的50家公司为例,对模型进行了实例算例分析。
Using the data mining technology, through the radial direction primary function network, establishing a TBT warning model based on the RBF network. Model includes input layer, hidden layer and output layer, carries on the network study after the input massive samples, produces various targets in the concealmerit level. The input value corresponds the alert indicators, the hideaway level pitch point corresponds the police intelligence indicators, the output level namely for police degrees, analysis the calculate the example to the 50 textile industry companies on the example.
