摘要
以苯酚、环氧丙烷为原料,在碱性催化剂作用下制备丙二醇苯醚。考查了催化剂及其用量、反应温度、原料配比等条件对反应的影响,适宜工艺条件为:采用碱性有机胺B为催化剂,用量为苯酚的1%,n(苯酚)∶n(环氧丙烷)=1∶1.10,反应温度为120℃,反应时间150 min,产物收率达94.20%。产品结构分别用GC-MS,IR,H-NMR谱进行表征。
The title propylene glycol monophenyl ether was synthesized with phenol and propylene oxide in the presence of alkaline catalysts. The influence of catalysts and its amount , reaction temperature , proportion of reactants on reaction were discussed. The appropriate reaction conditions were obtained. Thus amount of amine (B) catalyst used based on the weight of phenol was 1% , mole ratio of phenol to propylene oxide was 1:1.1 ,and the reaction temperature was 120℃, reaction time 150 min. The yield of product is 94.2%. Its structure was characterized by GC - MS, IR and H - NMR.
