摘要
[目的]观察饲喂青刺果多糖对鸡红细胞及外周血淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响。[方法]分别对7日龄鸡饲喂400和800 mg/kg的青刺果多糖,同时设对照组。分别在21和28日龄时颈静脉采血,进行T淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率、红细胞玫瑰花环率、红细胞免疫复合物花环率和T淋巴细胞玫瑰花环总花环率的测定。[结果]青刺果多糖400 mg/kg剂量组的T淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率在各日龄均在0.01水平上极显著高于对照组;红细胞免疫复合物花环率在21日龄时,在0.05水平上显著高于对照组;T淋巴细胞花环率与对照组相比差异不显著,但数值有所升高。[结论]青刺果多糖能明显影响鸡的红细胞免疫及外周血淋巴细胞免疫功能,可作为免疫增强剂并加以应用。
(Objective) The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of Prinsepia utilis Rogle polysaceharides on imanunologieal of erythrocyte and lymphocyte in chicken, (Methods) Different'doses Prinsepia utilis Rogle polysaccharides of (400 mg/kg and 800 mg/kg)were given to normal chicken at 7 days old,while the control group, In the 21st and 28th to adopt carotid blood, the content of acid-α-naphthalene acetate estemse(ANAE)positive rate in T-lymphocyte of peripheral blood, the rates of RBC-C3bRR and RBC- ICR, the rates of T-lymphocyte erythrocyte total rosette were measured, ( Result) Prinsepia utilis Rogle polysaccharides 400 mg/kg dose ofT lymphocytes ANAE positive rates were increased significantly in all age; Red blood cell immune complex rosette increased significantly in the 21th; T cell receptor compared with the control group was increased but had no significant change. (Conclusion) Prinsepia utilis Rogle polysaccharides could significantly affect the immunology of red blood cell and peripheral blood lymphocyte in chicken; it can be used as an immuno-potentiator.
