复性近视散光角膜地形图与验光结果比较分析 被引量:3

ANALYSIS OF COMPARATION BETWEEN THE COMPOUND MYOPIC ASTIGMATISM EXAMINED BY CORNEAL POTOGRAPHY AND RETINOPHOTOSCOPY

摘要 目的:探讨角膜地形图的散光与验光散光的相关性。方法:分别测量333例(666眼)复性近视散光(-1.00DC)以上患者的角膜地形图,散瞳检影验光,记录角膜地形图(Astigmatism)散光度,轴和验光的球镜度、柱镜度和轴,以及按球镜度分低、中、高3组,将结果进行统计分析。结果:①角膜地形图的散光度与验光散光度呈正相关(r=0.68,P<0.01),其回归方程Y=0.145±0.678X(F=569.7,P<0.01);②低、中、高组角膜地形图散光与验光散光呈正相关(分别为r=0.486,P<0.01;r=0.751,P<0.01;r=0.656,P<0.01)。③低、中、高组内角膜地形图散光与验光散光比较差异无统计学意义(F=0.798,P>0.05;F=1.158,P>0.05)。结论:角膜地形图的散光与验光散光呈正相关,眼球散光度68%由角膜散光决定,对患者作出诊断及处理之前,应进行全面的眼科检查。 Objective: To investigate the dependability between the astigmatism of corneal topography and retinophotoscopy. Methods. 333 eyes of 666 cases with compound myopic astigmatism which were divided into low, moderate and high diopter groups were examined by corneal photography and retinophotoscopy. The relationship between astigmatic diopters, astigmatic axes from two methods were analyzed. Results:(1) Correlation between the astigmatic diopters examined by corneal photography and retinophotoscopy was significant( r =0.68, P d0.01), and the linear regression equation was Y=0. 145+0. 678X( F=569.7, P d0.01).(2)A positive correlation was found between corneal photography and retinophotoscopy in low, moderate and high myopic groups, ( r =0. 486, P d0.01; r =0. 751, P〈0.01; r =0. 656, P d0.01). (3) Comparison of astigmatism from corneal photography and retinophptoscopy within low, moderate and high myopic groups was of no statistical significant difference( F =0. 798, P )0.05; F = 1. 158, P )0.05). Conclusion. Astigmatism of eye is 68% determined by astigmatism of cornea. A complete examination of the eyes should be performed before making a diagnosis and deciding on a treatment.
