摘要
为得到性能优良的纤维,利用显微镜、红外光谱(FTIR)以及扫描电镜(SEM)等方法测试聚丙烯腈/大豆蛋白共混体的相容性,探讨影响二组分相容性的因素以及甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)改进体系相容性的机制。结果表明:聚丙烯腈与大豆蛋白具有一定的相容性,该体系属于部分相容体系;大豆蛋白溶液经HEMA处理后,体系里形成了氢键作用,使得大豆蛋白与聚丙烯腈的相容性提高。
The compatibility of polyacrylonitfile/soybean protein blend(PAN/SPI) was studied with polarized microscope, FTIR, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with focuses on the factors affecting the compatibility of the two components and the mechanism of hydroethyl methacrylate (HEMA) in improving the compatibility of this system. The results showed that this system of PAN/SPI has partial compatibility and their compatibility can be improved by adding hydroxyethyl methocrylate because hydrogen bond has been formed in soybean protein solution after treatemt.
