摘要
结合河北省建设沿海经济社会发展强省的新形势,提出省内高校应担负起为河北省经济社会发展培养高素质应用型人才的责任,并结合沿海经济社会发展强省的概念,提出省内高校应按照开放办学、特色立校、科学发展、和谐发展的办学思路,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才,为建设沿海经济社会发展强省提供人才支撑,引领经济社会发展。
Based on the analysis of the new situation that Hebei Province is striving for a key role in the construction of the coastal economy,this paper puts forward that the Hebei local colleges and universities should take the responsibility to train the talents with high quality and wide applicability for the economic and social development of Hebei Province. Guided by the concept of constructing the advanced coastal economic and social development province, the paper also analyses the development ideas of the Hebei local colleges and universities, and indicates the methods of school-running in the light of opening, characteristics, scientific development and harmony.
