摘要
目的观察手足多汗症患者行胸腔镜T2~3交感神经链切断术围手术期手足温度变化。方法选择手足多汗症行T2~3交感神经链切断术患者25例作为实验组,同期因其他疾病行胸腔镜手术患者20例作为对照组;麻醉处理相同;连续监测手足温度,记录术前15 min、麻醉诱导后5 min、术后15 min和术后两周手足温度变化。结果实验组术前手足温度较对照组低3~3.5℃,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且在麻醉诱导后、术后手足温度比术前均有明显上升(升高5%~15%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜T2~3交感神经链切断术明显影响手汗症患者手足温度,对判断手术治疗效果有参考价值。
To observe the temparature changes after T2~ 3 symphathicotomy under thoracoscopes in patients with palm and foot hyperhidrosis. Methods Twenty-five patients with palm and foot hyperhidrosis who want to perform T2~3 symphathicotomy under thoracoscopes were choosed as operation group and twenty patients with other disease who want to perform thoracoscopes operation were choosed as control group;The anesthesia procedure was same in two groups;Monitoring the palm and foot temperature consecutively during operation;Recording the palm and foot temperature 15 min before operation,5 min after induction of anesthesia,15 min and two week after operation. Results The palm and foot temperature in operation group was significant lower than control group( P 〈 0.05 ) ; In operation group ,The palm and foot temperature after anesthesia or operation was significant higher than before anesthesia and operation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion T2~3 sympathicotomy under thoracoscope can affect palm and foot tempature obviously in patients with palm and foot hyperhidrosis, and the temperature changes have significant reference value to judge the operation therapeutic efficacy.
