摘要
济南铁路局首次在繁忙干线胶济线成功建成了具有自主知识产权的新一代分散自律调度集中系统(CTC),并对系统功能进行开发、拓展和再创新,通过优化调度控制功能、创新安全控制模式、发挥系统技术优势、实现与其他先进技术的集成创新,运输安全控制保障能力进一步提高,运输组织效率和效益明显提升。系统的成功运用,不仅为第六次大面积提速提供了技术保障,而且为建设客运专线调度集中系统积累了经验。
Jinan Railway Administration successfully established the independently-developed new generation CTC system on Qingdao- Jinan Railway—a busy trunk line in China, thus realizing the integrated innovation with other leading technologies by means of optimizing the traffic control practice, innovating safety control mode and exerting technological advantages. The application of the CTC system not only has provided reliable technical backup for the sixth round nationwide railway speed-up campaign, but also accumulated precious ex- perience for the establishment of CTC system for the passenger-dedicated line.
