摘要
野油菜黄单胞菌(Xanthomonascampestris)L4在20t发酵罐中,以蔗糖为底物发酵72h,发酵液粘度达到7000~9500cp,产物对底物的转化率平均达到61.6%,为投产奠定了良好的基础。
Xanthan production from sucrose by Xanthomonas campestris L4 was carried outin a fermentor with a capacity of 20 tons At 72h after inoculation, the viscosity of fermentedbroth reached to 7000~ 9500cp. The conversion rate of added sucrose was about 61.6% inaverage of 3 batches.
