摘要
研究了MoS2填充量对高岭土基矿物聚合物复合材料的力学性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响,利用XRD、SEM分析了材料的微观结构和磨损表面形貌。结果表明,填充MoS2后矿物聚合物材料的力学性能会有一定程度的降低,但其摩擦磨损性能可以得到有效改善,当MoS2体积分数为30%时,摩擦因数和磨损率均达到最低,分别为0.423和1.23×10-4mm3/(N.m)。研究发现,当二硫化钼含量较低时,磨损机制主要是磨粒磨损;当二硫化钼含量较高时,磨损机制是磨粒磨损和粘着磨损。
The influence of MoS: volume content on the mechanical properties and tribological behavior of kaolinite based geopolymer composite was investigated. The microstructure and worn surface morphologies were characterized by X- ray powder Diffraction meter ( XRD ) and scanning electron microscope ( SEM ). The results show that the mechanical property is decreased with the increase of MoS2 volume content,while the friction coefficient and wear rate are decreased. The lowest friction coefficient and wear rate are recorded as 0. 423 and 1.23×10^-4 mm^3/( N·m) when the volume content of MoS: is 30%. The wear mechanism is abrasive wear and adhesion transfer of the counter-parter when the volume content of MoS: is high.
