摘要
以牡丹花石榴茎尖为材料,通过研究不同的激素配比对芽的增殖和生根的影响,探索牡丹花石榴的最适增殖培养基和生根培养基。结果表明:牡丹花石榴的最适增殖培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+IBA0.3 mg/L,其增殖系数达到3.5;最适生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA1.0 mg/L,其生根率达到80%。生根处理中初期暗培养对供试品种生根具有相当大的作用。
The effects of different phytohormone rations on the multiplication and rooting of stem apex explants from Mudanhua Punica Granatum L. were studied .The results indicated that the most suitable multiplication medium was MS＋6-BA1.0mg/L＋IBA0.3 mg/L, the multiplication index was 3.5;the best dark culture was rooting media was 1/2MS＋NAA1.0 mg/L, the rooting rate was 77.4 %. Medium -term very important for rooting.
