摘要
介绍地铁车辆段三大检修工艺设备——不落轮镟床、列车清洗机、地下式架车机,以及它们与车辆、牵引供电、低压配电、信号、土建等相关专业的技术接口。指出三项设备与车辆的接口是建设管理的重点,分析在工程设计和建设过程中应注意的接口要点。不落轮镟床与车辆的接口需要明确加工的对象与精度,以及车辆的装夹方式;列车清洗机需明确车辆的主要尺寸、车底电气箱的防水等级、表面油漆对洗涤剂的要求,以及清洗机对雨刮器的要求等;地下式架车机需明确车辆的重量和主要尺寸,并核算转向架是否会与地下式架车机的车体顶升支柱发生干扰。
The paper introduces three major types of equipments for inspection and repair in metro depot, namely, the under-floor wheel lathe, the train washing machine and the trader-floor lifting line, as well as their interfaces with the rolling stock, the power supply system, the signal system and civil engineering construction, etc. The interface of the three types of equipment with the rolling stock is the key point in project management. The interface between the under-floor wheel lathe and the rolling stock should invalve machining object and precision and the type of hold-down unit. The interface between the train washing machine and the rolling stock should invalve the main sizes of vehicles, waterproofing of electric boxes, and the requirements of detergent and the wind scraper. The interface between the under-floor lifting line should involve the weight and main sizes of vehicles, and the checking of interference between the bogie of the vehicle and the pillar of the under-floor lifting line.
