摘要 目的:考察温度和压力对超临界CO2萃取丹皮中丹皮酚的影响,优选丹皮最佳提取工艺。方法:分别以不同温度、压力作为考察因素,萃取丹皮中的丹皮酚,并用紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。结果:经紫外分析测定,在35℃,20MPa的条件下,丹皮酚的得率最高,丹皮酚为0.6261g,丹皮酚的提取率为0.4174%.结论:萃取丹皮中丹皮酚的最优工艺为在不添加任何夹带剂的情况下,CO2的流量固定为20L/h,萃取温度35℃,萃取压力20MPa,分离温度为35℃,7MPa;固定萃取时间为3h。 Objective: To study on effect of temperature and pressure on Supercritical Fluid CO2 extraction of Paeonol from Cortex Moutan and show the optimized SFE - CO2 extraction conditions. Methods: To extablish the process of supercritical CO2 extraction ( SFE - CO2 ) of paeonal by using different temperature and pressure. The content of paeonal was determined by UV using the yield of the paeonal as reference. Results: The optimized SFE - CO2 etraction conditions were 20MPa pressure; 35℃, extraction temperature. In this conditions, the weight of extraction Paeonal is 0. 6261g, extraction pecent is 0. 4174%. Conclusions: The optimized SFE - CO2 extraction conditions were 20 L · h^-1 , the flow rate of CO2 ; 20MPa pressure; 35℃, extraction temperature; 7MPa, separation pressure; 30℃, separation temperature; 3h, extraction time.
