灵芝液体培养菌株的选择及其发酵条件研究 被引量:2

摘要 在适于液体培养的灵芝菌株中,经选择试验确定赤芝G22为液体发酵生产多糖的高产菌株。采用单因素和正交试验对赤芝G22菌株的液体发酵条件进行了选择优化。结果表明,实现多糖高产的最佳发酵工艺条件为:发酵温度27℃、摇床转速170r/min、培养基初始pH值6.0、发酵时间144h。采用此优化的工艺条件进行液体发酵,使灵芝多糖产量由1.823g/L提高到2.412g/L,提高了31.0%。 The production capacities of polysaccharide (GLP) had been examined among the Gandoerma lucidum strains by submerged fermentation. The results showed that the highest yield of GLP was produced by Ganoderma lucidum G22. The single factor test and orthogonal design test for culture conditions of submerged fermentation for GLP production were obtained as follows: when fermenting with constant temperature and constantly offering oxygen, the culture temperature was 27℃; The equipment rotational speed was 170r/min; the beginning pH value of medium was 6.0; the culture period was 144h. Under the optimal culture conditions, the yield of GLP was 2.421g/L by submerged fermenting Ganoderma lucidum G22.
