摘要
向压铸镁合金AZ91D中分别添加质量分数为1%和2%的富Ce稀土进行室温下应力比R=0.1的拉-拉高周疲劳试验,得到材料疲劳曲线;对疲劳断口进行了宏观和SEM微观分析,指出了材料的破坏机理和原因。结果表明,添加一定量的富Ce稀土对提高AZ91D镁合金的高周疲劳性能具有积极作用,富Ce稀土添加量为1%时疲劳强度提高幅度较大,效果较好。
Tensile-tensile high-cycle fatigue testing was conducted for die casting magnesium alloy AZ91D with adding 1% and 2% RE containing Ce at ambient temperature in the condition of stress ratio of 0.1 to obtain the fatigue curve. The fracture mechanism and origination of the magnesium alloy were described by observing fracture morphology. The results show that proper RE containing Ce addition has the positive effect on the improvement of high-cycle fatigue behavior of the AZ91D magnesium alloy, exhibiting desirable effects with 1% RE containing Ce addition.
