推介应用于精铸的树脂砂型芯、覆膜砂型芯和热压成形型芯。精铸树脂砂型芯制芯方便,价格低廉;精铸覆膜砂型芯适合较大精铸件的生产,能实现制芯机械化;热压成形之型芯尺寸精确,生产效率高,应用于复杂异形内腔精铸件尤其能显示出优势。上述3种制芯工艺的共同特征是,内型腔采用型芯来完成,降低模具制作成本,省了熔模内腔的涂制,从而提高了制壳质量及生产效率。
The application of resin sand mold core, precoated sand mold core and hot pressing mold core to investment casting was introduced. The resin sand mold core has the advantages of making-convenient and low price, while the precoated sand mold core is suitable for the production of large investment casting, realizing the automation of core-making, and the hot pressing mold core has the features of precision size and high efficiency, especially suitable for the parts with complicated abnormal cavity. However, the same characteristics of three types mold core are as follows: using mold core to complete cavity to save the cost of mould making and to avoid the coating of cavity, so improving the quality of mold shell making and production efficiency.
