摘要
本文以中国地质大学(北京)地球科学与资源学院为例,对目前地学乃至全国研究生培养中出现的问题作一些剖析。问题主要是:①研究生整体专业水平丞待加强;②就业压力增大;③对专业的态度不积极;④学费压力增加。提出研究生的培养和管理是全社会的事,应当给予足够的重视。
This paper analyses the problem and countermeasure occurring in the cultivated process of geosciences and other graduate students. The problems mainly are： ① The whole specialty quality of gradu- ate students needs improved strongly; ② The press of obtain employment is added; ③ The attitude to specialty is not active; ④the press of tuition is increasing. Suggesting the cultivation and management of graduate students is important and needs attendding of the whole society.
