摘要
通过热力学计算证明了自蔓延合成硫化锰反应的可行性。根据自蔓延反应所提出的环境要求,自行设计了自蔓延高温反应釜。应用所设计的自蔓延高温反应釜进行了合成硫化锰实验,得到的硫化锰粉末通过X衍射分析、粒度分析及显微镜观察,证明产品纯度及粒度均可达到粉末冶金使用要求。
It is feasible to produce manganese sulfide by self--propagating high through thermodynamics computation. According to the environmental demands of temperature synthesis self-propagating high temperature reaction , we have designed self-propagating high temperature reactor, which can be carried on many kinds of self-propagating high temperature reactions, thus remedied the deficiency of the one used single response. The manganese sulfide powder produced by independently designed reactor was analyzed by X diffraction, particle size analyzer and the electron microscope. The results show that the purity rate and particle size meet powder metallurgy specification.
