摘要
应用GC-MS联用技术对大叶金花草(Stenoloma chusana(L.)Ching)的挥发性成分和脂肪酸进行了检测,共检测出7种挥发性成分和32种脂肪酸,脂肪酸检出量为87.65%,其中饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的53.13%,不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的46.87%。该研究为大叶金花草的进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。
The volatile constituents and fatty acids in Stenoloma chusana (L.) Ching were analyzed by GC-MS. 7 volatile constituents and 32 fatty acids were identified. The fatty acids accounting to 87.65% of the total contents detected were identified. Among them, 46.87% are unsaturated fatty acids and 53.13% saturated. The results provide the fundamental data for the further development of Stenoloma chusana (L.) Ching.
