摘要
绩效考核是事业单位人力资源管理的一项重要内容,文章从事业单位绩效考核的特点入手,分析了我国事业单位绩效考核的现状及存在的问题,并依据现代人力资源管理理论提出完善绩效考核体系的一些思路。
Performance appraisal is one of the most important contents of human resources management. Starting with the Characteristics of public institution's Performance Appraisal, the essay analyzes the current situation and the exciting problems in the public institutions ,and basis Modern Human Resource Management Theoretic, a advances some approaches of perfecting performance appraisal's systems.
