摘要
为了解决模板坍塌事故发生并引起人员伤亡的问题,采用系统安全工程的事故树分析方法,建立了建筑施工模板坍塌引起人员伤亡的事故树图,从最小割集、最小径集、结构重要度三方面,阐述了导致模板坍塌引起人员伤亡的主要原因,找出了事故预防的关键途径。结果表明,事故树分析方法能对导致模板坍塌引起人员伤害事故的各种因素及逻辑关系做出全面的阐述,并为模板坍塌事故的预防以及最大限度地减少人员伤亡,提供了切实可信的参考依据。该成果对建筑模板工程具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。
To solve the problem of formwork collapse accident and the personnel injuries it causes, by applying the fault tree analysis of system safety engineering of the occurrence of an accident, a fault tree diagram for the construction formwork collapse that causes personal injuries is formulated. The main reasons which cause the formwork collapse that causes personal injuries are explained from the three aspects of minimal cut set, minimal radius set, and structural importance. According to the importance of the factors, the minor events of an accident are sorted by class and compared for analysis to uncover the key means in preventing accidents. The result shows that the fault tree analysis can comprehensively describe the factors and logical relations which cause formwork collapse that causes personal injury accident and it provides actual and credible reference for the prevention of formwork collapse accidents and for the reduction of personal injuries by as much as possible. The result has reference value and guidance significance to construction formwork engineering.
