摘要
本文通过分析顶岗支教实习的特点,以及实施顶岗支教实习在经费、安全、质量、学业等方面的保障需求,提出了"政府指导,财政支持,多方联动,课题推进,逐步推广"的运行机制,对高师院校特别是民族地区的普通高师院校开展顶岗支教实习具有一定的参考价值。
The paper analyzes the characteristics of the in-post teaching practice and the ensuring measures concerning the expenditure, safety, quality and schooling etc. With the findings, the author proposes the implementary plan of ＂governmental guidance, financial support, all departments＇ participation, research project promotion and gradual popularization. ＂ The plan will benefit the higher teachers colleges, especially those in the minority areas in carrying out the in-post teaching practice.
