面部年轻化的术前评估及预期效果的定量研究(Ⅰ) 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨不同年龄阶段女性面部轮廓的特点,量化面部年轻化的形态特征,为面部年轻化手术提供度和量的参考及适当的治疗方法。方法将90例行面部年轻化美容的患者平均分为三组,青年组为18~34岁,中年组为35~44岁,老年组为45~58岁。术前,拍摄每例患者面部的正、左、右侧位照片,采用计算机辅助的照片测量法,获得面部软组织的数据及形态特点。结果与青年组相比,中老年组因软组织的松垂堆积,使下面部变宽至(116.08±9.33)mm,下唇高度变长至(43.95±4.91)mm;双侧木偶线处软组织明显下垂,左侧为(34.72±4.81)mm,右侧为(33.77±5.54)mm;外眦点位置下移,与内眦点的高度缩短至(1.70±2.24)mm。结论术前充分评估面部各美容单位的形态特点和老化程度,不仅有利于手术方法的选择,而且还可避免因手术矫正的过多或不足导致的面部形态不协调,以提高手术的满意度。 Objective To explore the changing characters of women's face contour at different ages, quantify the soft tissue removal, look for proper operation approachs. Methods Ninty - nine patients were divided into 3 groups: the young group were flora 18 to 34 years old, the middleage group were flora 35 to 44 and the old group were from 45 to 58. The frontal, bilateral photos of each patient were taken preoperatively and the data and appearance features of facial soft tissue were surveyed by photogrammetry assisted by computer. Results Compared with young group, the width of lower face was 116.08 ±9.33 mm and the height of lower chin was 43.95 ±4.91 mm in both middle- age and old group because of the sag and accumulation of the soft tissue, the downward sagging of the marionette wrinkle was 34.72 ± 4.81 mm on the left and 33.77± 5.54 mm on the fight. The ectocanthion was decurtated to 1.70 ±2.24 mm altitude to entocanthion. Conclusion:Stfffident estimation of facial appearance features and aging degree before operation were not only beneficial to selecting operative approachs, but also to avoiding facial appearance mismatch caused by redtmdant or defident rernoval.
