两种测定固氮菌NT06菌株生长曲线方法的比较 被引量:24

摘要 通过分光光度法和活菌计数法分别对固氮菌NT06的生长曲线进行测定,结果表明对数期以前两种方法所测结果基本一致,而在稳定期和衰亡期,活菌计数法能更真实地反映细菌的生长情况。同时还发现固氮菌NT06培养液的OD600和活菌数之间,在对数生长期有很好的相关性,并确定了两者的函数关系。 The growth curve of Azotobacter NT06 was measured using two different ways which were spectrophotometric method and viable count, It demonstrated that the result of the two different methods were consistent basically before exponential phase. But in stationary phase and decline phase, the latter method ould reflect the growth situation of Azotobacter NT06 authentically. Meanwhile ,it was found that there was a relation between OD600 and the viable count of NT06 in exponential phase and determining their function relation.
