全尾砂旋流分级浓缩制备胶结料浆的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 为实现某铁矿全尾砂充填露天塌陷区的目的,采用以旋流器为核心的分级浓缩工艺制备胶结料浆,并进行了该工艺的工业试验。试验结果表明,该工艺可实现全尾砂的高效浓缩,能制备出流变性好、浓度60%以上的全尾砂胶结料浆,且具有流程简单、投资少、占地面积小、运行成本低的特点,便于矿山实现工业化生产。 In order to fill the subsidence area with total railings in some iron mine, a process of cementation slurry preparation by hydrocyclone - thickener classifying and thickening experiments was introduced, and the industrial experiments of preparation process was carried out. The experimental results showed that the high - efficient thickening of total tailings and the preparation of cementation total tailings slurry with thickness more than 60% and good rhelogical property can be achieved using the classifying - thickening process.' The process has the characteristics of simple flow, high condensing efficiency, low investment, small w, orkshop area and low productive cost, and it is convenient to be industrialized for the mine.
