摘要
目的：制定阴洗液的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别阴洗液中苦参、蛇床子、黄柏，高效液相色谱法测定蛇床子素的含量，采用phenomenx C18色谱柱（4．6mm×150mm，5μm），流动相：甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（70：30），流速1．0ml·min^-，柱温：40℃，检测波长：322mm。结果：薄层斑点清晰，含量测定重现好，蛇床子素在0．03804～0．192μg范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为97．62％，RSD％=1.04％。结论：方法简便，准确，可供本品质量控制。
Objective ： To establish the quality standard of Yinxi lotion. Method ： The TLC method was used to identify lightyel- low sophora root, fruetus; amooreon tree hark; the HPLC method was used to determine the content of osthole. Result： The spot was clear with good reproducibility in content determination, the average recovery was 97.62% with RSD% 1.04%. Conclusion： The method is simple; accurate, can be used as quality control for this preparation.
