摘要
国家自主创新能力的提升离不开多层次资本市场的支撑,资本市场是自主创新的引擎和推进器,任何科技创新成果的产业化都需要与资本有效结合才能实现。因此,加快构建一个全方位支撑科技创新的资本市场体系,是我国当前的一项紧迫任务。本文在进行文献综述的基础上,进一步明晰多层次资本市场的内涵,提炼构建支撑科技创新的多层次资本市场的政策路径。
The elevation of our country＇s independent innovation capability needs the support of a multi-level capital market, which is the engine and thruster of independent innovation. The industrialization of all technology innovation must be realized after being effectively capitalized. Therefore, it is a pressing task to establish a venture capital market supporting technology innovation as quickly as possible. Based on a literature review, this paper further clears the significance of multi-level capital market and explores the policy approaches to construct a venture capital market supporting technology innovation.
