不同锌水平对笼养育成蛋鸭生长性能及总抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 选5周龄健康金定育成蛋鸭120只,试鸭随机分为30组,每组4只鸭,采用玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,锌(ZnSO4.7H2O)添加水平依次为0,30,60,200,1 000 mg·kg-1,组成5种试验饲粮,每种饲粮饲喂6组试鸭,试验期为8周。研究饲粮中不同锌水平对育成蛋鸭生长性能、体内血清酶活性、甲状腺激素及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的影响。结果表明,低锌添加水平(0 mg·kg-1)对试鸭体增重、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、尿酸(URIC)淀粉酶(AMY)及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)等均产生显著不良影响,随着饲粮中锌水平的增加,试鸭体增重、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、尿酸(URIC)、淀粉酶(AMY)及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)等均不同程度的增加,但是高锌(1 000 mg·kg-1)条件下,尿酸(URIC)、淀粉酶(AMY)及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)等均不同程度地受到抑制。综合试鸭生长性能和生化指标可以看出:蛋鸭育成阶段在饲喂玉米-豆粕型实用日粮(含锌32.9 mg·kg-1)时外加锌30 mg·kg-1可满足生长需要,适当增加日粮锌含量可增加总抗氧化能力及其它生化指标,建议蛋鸭在笼养条件下育成阶段饲粮锌的添加水平为30~60 mg·kg-1。 The experiment was conducted to study the roles of zinc in ducks with corn-soybean meal basal diet. Total 120 healthy 5-week-old Jinding ducks were randomly divided into 30 groups. Four ducks for each group. The zinc additive levels was 0, 30, 60, 200, 1 000 mg·kg^-1 in basal diet, making 5 kind diets, each kind diet for 6 group ducks. After 8 t weeks studied the influence of dietary zinc levels on growing, some important serum enzymes, thyroid gland and total anti-oxidant capability. The results showed that low level of zinc had significant bad effect on growth, three idodines armor gland original ammonia acid (T3), the uric acid (URIC), the amylase (AMY), total anti-oxidant capability (T-AOC) and so on, along with the zinc level increase, T3, URIC, AMY and T-AOC wand so on increased in varying degree, but high level of zinc (1 000 mg·kg^-1), uRIc, AMY and T-AOC and so on were suppressed in varying degree. Synthesize the duck growth performance and the biochemistry index, this experiment indicated that adding 30 mg·kg^-1 zinc in corn-soybean meal basal diet (contain zinc 32.9 mg·kg^-1) that raising laying ducks in cages can be possible to meet the growth needs, suitably increaseing zinc content in feedstuff can be possible to increase growth and total anti-oxidant capability. It is suggested that diet zinc additive level of the laying ducks is 30-60 mg·kg^-1 under cage condition.
