心肌钙蛋白I与肌酸激酶同工酶B在AMI诊断中的应用
摘要
目的探讨心肌钙蛋白I与肌酸激酶同工酶B对急性心肌梗死诊断的价值。方法对107例确诊的AMI患者进行cTnI与CK-MB测定。结果AMI患者血中cTnI的持续时间大于CK-MB。结论cTnI在AMI患者有高度特异性与敏感性时,cTnI与CK-MB联合检测对早期诊断急性心肌梗死有重要价值。
