摘要
研究采用魅力型领导、自我结构、自尊、自我效能以及组织公民行为问卷,在30家中小型企业收集了206份调查问卷。通过中介关系结构模型分析表明魅力型领导行为可以通过员工的自我效能和自尊而作用于组织公民行为。
This study investigated 206 employees who come from 30 small or middle - size enterprises. Questionnaires of charismatic leadership, self- efficacy, self - esteem, self - structure and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs)were used. The results from media model analysis showed that charismatic leadership influenced organizational citizenship behaviors, and the relationship was mediated by employee' s self - efficacy and self - esteem.
