摘要
温福铁路白马河大桥64 m简支混凝土箱梁,采用节段预制,3 200 t造桥机整孔架设的施工方案。介绍节段梁块的预制、存放和运输;大型造桥机及其架梁施工和拖拉走行;预应力束张拉时考虑主桁梁对梁体作用力的影响和控制等成功经验。
The construction scheme of segment precasting and full span girder erection by 3 200-t overhead launching gantry was adopted for the 64-m span simply-supported concrete box girders of Baima River Bridge on Wenzhou-Fuzhou Railway. This paper presents the successful experiences in aspect of precasting, storage and transportation of the segments of the concrete box girders, application of the large capacity overhead launching gantry, erection of the girders by the gantry, hauling and traveling of the gantry, and consideration and control of influence of action forces from the main truss girder of the gantry on the concrete box girders at the time the prestressing strands were jacked.
