摘要
随着经济一体化程度的不断加深,中国东部、中部、西部和东北四大板块协调发展的整体战略逐步确立,实现区域协调发展成为必然趋势。东北地区是我国重要的老工业基地,实现东北地区经济又好又快发展,离不开金融业的支持。但是近年来,伴随着我国金融业市场化和国际化改革的加速推进,东北地区金融业正面临着前所未有的巨大困难。从结构和体制上深刻分析东北地区金融业整体发展水平不高、风险较为突出的现状和成因,结合实际提出多种支持东北地区经济发展的对策选择。
With the deep development of economic integration, harmonious development of the four main districts of East China, Middle China, West China and Northeast China has become the necessary trend. Northeast China is one of the important old industrial bases, and the finance support can＇ t be neglected. But while rapidly push of finance marketing and international reform, financing industry of Northeast China is facing serious difficulty. Based on the financial facts in Northeast China and the analyses on the key issues con- cerning finance and the rejuvenation of the old industrial base, countermeasures in five aspects are put forwarded in this paper.
